WARRANTY

Warranty includes warranty of 12 months after installation or 14 months from invoicing of the product.

Our Service Engineer will make scheduled quarterly visits to ensure Equipment is in order. Parts under warranty will be replaced free of cost against manufacturing defect.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

Everfine will carry out AMC for all products irrespective of brands. AMC includes maintenance of chambers for Mechanical, Refrigeration, Electrical and Instrumentation to minimize down time of the chamber. Service Engineer will have periodic visits followed by repairs whenever needed.

Prior to AMC contract, Everfine will inspect the chamber and update customer for repairs considering the condition of the chamber, customer is responsible for arranging and maintaining the spares as mentioned in User Manual.

Calibration is included as a part of AMC.

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

In this contract, Complete Equipment upkeeping and repair will taken care by Everfine, with Spare part support. Before entering into the contract, Equipment will be checked thoroughly for repairs, routine maintenance and spares required as per Owner’s Manual.

Plan will be shared for Maintenance and repair with customer with mutually agreed visits of Service Engineer

Calibration is included as a part of CMC.
